We hired Nick and WC Builders Inc. for a 400 sq ft room addition with a bathroom, and we are thrilled with the results! From the very beginning, Nick was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly responsive to all our questions and concerns, answering our texts promptly, whether they were from me or my husband. He also provided regular updates to my husband, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Not only was Nick a great communicator, but he also offered valuable suggestions that significantly improved our project. For example, he suggested relocating the shower, which opened up the bathroom and made it feel much larger. We were also extremely impressed with the quality of the materials he used, especially the stucco, grout, and materials to prep the bathroom. My husband is a licensed contractor, and Nick welcomed his input throughout the project. They collaborated effectively, brainstorming ideas and ensuring everything was done to the highest standard and based on what we want. Nick's price was within the same range as other contractors we considered. He quoted about 4-5 months to complete the project, but they completed the project in under 3 months, even with a few unexpected delays. Nick was here every working day, checking on the work completed and remediating any issues that came up (there weren't many). We highly recommend Nick and WC Builders for any home renovation project!

WC Builders had recently renovated my entire home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. Nick’s professionalism, expertise and attention to detail from initial planning to final touches were top notch, and as a result there were no glitches or delays. Nick was always present, and there were no surprise extra costs. Nick Talor at WC Builders Inc. is a dream come true contractor. He is THE guy that turns your home renovation project into a reality. My husband and I were looking into expanding and updating our kitchen, and decided that we wanted to meet with Nick after seeing the work he had done at my in-law's home. He was very professional, honest, responsive, personable, and creative. Nick tediously took measurements of every nook and cranny of our kitchen, as well as the neighboring rooms in order to design our space that would complement our existing home. Within a few days, Nick returned to our home with plans he had for our kitchen, presented within our budget, and modeled on the computer. Each time we came up with a new idea, Nick would incorporate our changes into the virtual design. We made appointments based on our schedules to meet with him at different warehouses where my husband and I picked out all the materials. The workers Nick contracted with were detail oriented, kind, considerate, and worked long hours. They were dependable and showed up on the days and times Nick had said they would. In fact, Nick came to our home daily and checked in with his men. They never left a mess and cleaned up the worksite daily. Nick transformed our kitchen within 4 weeks, and in the midst of the emergency COVID pandemic. Throughout our endeavor, Nick answered our text messages within minutes and our phone calls immediately. To this day, he will check in with us to make sure we are 100% satisfied. We can't wait to use him again in the future for more renovations. My husband and I highly recommend Nick and are available as needed to share more about our experience with WC Builders.

We were daunted by the scope of our renovation project because one problem area led into the next problem area. After working with an architect, we were still left with some issues regarding our roof line and the foundation in our family room (a poorly executed addition by a previous owner). Before even going under contract, Nick worked with us to help solve these issues and ease both of our concerns. His quote was pricey, but thorough - it included many things that other contractors had left out, which would have put us in trouble once work had started. Nick and his excellent crew did a full renovation of our kitchen, family room and laundry...and added a master bed & bath and patio. All while patiently and respectfully working around us living in the other half of the house. The process was incredibly smooth - in fact, we had trouble choosing materials in time to keep up with the crew's progress! The only horror story was that COVID-19 happened as we were almost done - but Nick saved the day by personally hooking up our stove and washer/dryer right before we had to shelter at home. Now, we are enjoying what we always dreamed our house could become. Both the interior and exterior work is beautiful, and the quality is top notch.

We just finished a home addition project with Nick Talor and his company WC Builders Inc. that completely exceeded our expectations. It was done on budget and on schedule (actually ahead of schedule). We have highly recommended him to everyone we know! We have a 1940's house in Burbank & added a master bedroom/bath and indoor laundry room. We are so amazed at our finished product and the experience of working with Nick was extremely positive. He is a great communicator and was personally in charge of all aspects of our project from the original design meetings to coordinating all the tradespeople and scheduling. This was incredibly important since my wife & I both work full time. Nick has a fantastic eye for detail and made sure everything was done in a top quality manner. When any inevitable small issues came up, he was prompt and responsive about getting things fixed to our satisfaction. We really appreciated Nick’s positive demeanor and patience while answering all manner of questions. Every member of his crew were also very courteous and respectful. His contract was very clear and professional which made us feel secure that we were in good hands. Our next project will be a kitchen remodel and WC Buiders Inc. will be the only company we call. We met with Nick after a friend recommended WC Builders and his ability to communicate quickly set him apart. Being our first major reno project, we had many questions and found Nick to be patient and direct with his answers in a way that other contractors we met with weren’t. The work went pretty smoothly and we are very happy with our new kitchen but I want to highlight why we would hire WC Builders again in the future. We unfortunately lost a long-time pet during the process and Nick adjusted his schedule and gave us undisturbed family time without hesitation. We appreciated this compassion and flexibility immensely and the care he showed us is the same care he shows in the details of the work. Highly recommend

Nick did a major remodel on our condominium building in Silver Lake years ago. So naturally, when we wanted our kitchen done, we didn't even call anyone else. His estimates are high - but accurate -- and it was so worth it, not just for the lovely finished product but for the peace of mind knowing that we had a contractor we trust. Not only that, Nick is even more of a perfectionist than I am (which is saying something) and truly cared about providing a beautiful and practical space. His suggestions were spot on and he took responsibility for our one misunderstanding. He's also a truly nice man. I can't recommend WC Builders highly enough. Since he did our place, Nick has come to the rescue for others we know who made the mistake of starting off with less honorable contractor. Save yourself the grief and call him first!

WC Builders remodeled two bathrooms Nick Talor was a pleasure to work with. I have a hard time selecting tiles etc and his recommendations and vast professions knowledge made the process a lot easier. We had a relatively large kitchen and flooring project. Started working with WC builders last year and we have been pleased with their performance from the start. Timeliness, accuracy and ownership of the job are very important to us and WC went beyond our expectations on those. Estimates were provided on time, accurate and well explained. The execution of the job, though it was not a small job, went fairly smoothly. Every time there were questions and/or concerns, it was easy to get them addressed and find alternatives if need be. All and all we are very happy with our new kitchen and floors and do recommend WC z builders. We intend to continue working with them for potential future upgrades.

I was in the design business for over 20 years and have worked with many contractors. Nick was far and away the best contractor I've ever worked with. I've hired him to do 3 major projects for me personally. I find him exceedingly responsible and responsive-- very attentive to detail. I have exacting standards, and Nick bent over backwards to make sure that I was happy. There was never that feeling of dread, or wondering whether it's worth bringing this or that issue up because the hassle just isn't worth it. The March 2023 rainstorm flooded my sunken living room. This happened in the 90's and no action was taken then. I knew the time came to tackle the issue. I casually mentioned my predicament to Nick. He immediately started to analyze the situation. Nick was committed to finding a workable solution with various plans of acton. Long story short, a restoration project commenced. Nick's team of professionals made the process seamless. Most important, Nick's attention to detail, communication and follow-up throughout the restoration made what could have been a nightmare, a pleasant experience!
